Memorial Biography

Our beloved Rosey passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from complications of pneumonia. She is survived by her husband Lt. Vince Higgins and a host of family and friends. Rosey is best known for her generosity so it is no surprise she was a donor. Her amazing courage throughout her illness has been exemplary to us all to live a life to the fullest and not complain. She challenged us with her "Rosey rants" but loved us all beyond measure.
